In 2013 Fr John Warburton, O.S.J., invited Ecce Images to photograph the superimposition of a plexiglass copy of the Veil of Manoppello brought back from Italy with a Shroud Holy Face replica that he had as part of a Shroud of Turin presentation. The result was this image, a beautiful and serene gaze of the Lord that we hope will bring consolation to many as it has to us.
